"Reservations must be finalized by speaking with our team. You will receive an invoice for a security deposit to lock in your booking; please note that until this deposit is received, the rental is not confirmed and your date is not guaranteed. A second invoice for the rental fee will be due the day before your event."

If your event aligns with our venue's capabilities, you'll need to pay a $200 reservation and cleaning fee to secure your date . This deposit serves two purposes: it confirms your booking and covers potential cleaning costs. Be aware that this fee is non-refundable if you cancel your event .
