Weekday Business Package: 4 Hours Before 5 PM

This package is exclusively available for businesses during weekdays before 5 PM, for a duration of 4 hours.

Reservation and Deposit Policy

If your event aligns with our venue's capabilities, you'll need to pay a $200 reservation and cleaning fee to secure your date .

This deposit serves two purposes: it confirms your booking and covers potential cleaning costs. Be aware that this fee is non-refundable if you cancel your event .

After your event, we have a specific clean-up policy. You're required to remove all your decorations and dispose of all trash in the designated outdoor containers . We don't allow confetti or excessive spills on the floor .

If you adhere to these clean-up conditions, we'll refund 50% of your deposit ($100) .

We reserve the right to refuse events that do not comply with our space’s safety measures, particularly regarding the number of attendees or the nature of the event.

Rave-style parties are not permitted in our venue.
