House Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone,
we kindly ask you to follow these facility guidelines:
Safety Regulations: a. Fire Safety: For everyone's safety, please refrain from using candles inside Le Studio. b. Cooking and Food Warming: We can't allow cooking in our facilities. You're welcome to use chafing dishes to keep food warm. Electric chafing dishes are limited to one per outlet due to our multimedia equipment. Can-propelled chafing dishes are allowed with supervision. After food is served, please turn off any potential fire hazards, including all chafing dishes. c. Smoke Machines: If you're planning to use smoke machines, please do so very carefully. They can accidentally trigger our neighbor's alarm system. If an alarm goes off, we'll need to end the event immediately, and there's a $500 fee to cover the fire department's visit.

Facility Care: a. Wall Protection: We'd appreciate it if you could avoid using tape, nails, or anything else that might damage our walls. Blue plasticine is fine, but please remove it completely after your event. Wall damages may incur repair fees up to $2,000, so please be careful. b. Confetti: We kindly ask that you don't use confetti. If some accidentally spills from party favors or balloons, please clean it up thoroughly. We'd hate to have to keep your security deposit for confetti clean-up.

Clean-Up and Waste Disposal: Please help us keep Le Studio sparkling clean for the next event: • Empty all garbage containers and dispose of trash in the designated outside bins. • Remove all food remnants, bottles, plates, and cups. • Take down all decorations you've put up, including balloons, posters, and other props. • All decorations and tablecloths provided by Le Studio should remain on tables and chairs. Do not remove them.

Security and Compliance: Please be aware that we have security cameras in the facilities. We respect your privacy and don't monitor your party, but we do check our cameras once or twice to ensure there are no security violations that could lead to legal issues. We reserve the right to end your event if our simple rules are not followed.
