Private Access

We offer free parking for all your guests at the front and back of our building. Your event is completely private; we show you how to operate the equipment, and at the end, we come back just to clean up and close.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the rental include chair covers?

Answer: Chair covers are not included. You can rent them from us at a rate of $3.50 per chair, and we will install them for you.

Do you have a Kitchen?

Answer: We do not have a kitchen. If you wish to keep your food warm, you can use chafers. We only rent the venue with furniture and equipment. Your caterer must provide pre-prepared dishes. We do not provide food with our rentals, nor do we have caterer recommendations.

Do you provide utensils and plates for my event?

Answer: We only rent the venue with furniture and equipment. We do not provide catering services. If you need to rent plates, utensils, etc., please contact a party rental company.

I want to host a dance party for teenagers without chairs or tables.

Answer: We do not rent our space for this type of party. We also do not allow unsupervised minors to organize events in our facility. Additionally, we do not rent for Halloween parties.

I want to have my event until 3 AM, is that possible?

Answer: We only rent until 1 AM. An additional hour after midnight costs $200.

Do I need a liquor permit for my event?

Answer: If your party is private and you are not selling drinks, you do not need a liquor permit. However, if you are hosting a public event or intend to sell alcoholic beverages, you must obtain a permit from the government.

Can I rent for only 3 or 4 hours?

Answer: Currently, we have a minimum rental period of 7 hours, but you are welcome to use less time if you choose to leave earlier.
